National Reports to SCAR
The SCAR National Reports provide contact information and an indication of the research being undertaken of relevance to SCAR, including representatives to the various SCAR programmes, groups and other activities.
Guidelines for SCAR National Committees

The annual report to SCAR is in the form of a table. The aim is to provide an indication of the research being undertaken (relevant to SCAR) and to provide an updated information and contact address for anyone requiring further information.
The Annual Report to SCAR shall be submitted as soon as the Antarctic field season is over and no later than 15 May, to allow 6 weeks before either the SCAR Delegates Meeting or, in intervening years, the SCAR Executive Committee meeting takes place. Please use the SCAR Template (see the link above) and send the Report as an electronic copy to the SCAR Secretariat.
Please note that we do not distribute hard copies. The Annual Reports sent electronically will be available to all Members on the SCAR website (see below for Reports from 2004 onwards, or go to the Archive Page for older reports).

The table lists known Reports to SCAR produced by SCAR National Committees. Older reports, from 1984 onwards, can be found on the Archive Page.

Distribution Guidelines
Please note that the SCAR Secretariat does not distribute the hard copies of the Reports. The Annual Report to SCAR should be sent to SCAR Secretariat as an electronic version only (see the Guidelines for National Committees). All National Reports are available for Members on SCAR website as soon as SCAR Secretariat receives them. However, if any member wishes to distribute their report to other members countries, the contact names and addresses for SCAR national Committees are available at: www.scar.org/about/officers/index.html
