Guidelines for National Committees

The annual report to SCAR is in the form of a table. The aim is to provide an indication of the research being undertaken (relevant to SCAR) and to provide an updated information and contact address for anyone requiring further information.
The Annual Report to SCAR shall be submitted as soon as the Antarctic field season is over and no later than 6 weeks before the SCAR Delegates Meeting. Please use the SCAR Template (see the link above) and send the Report as an electronic copy to the SCAR Secretariat, in Word (.doc) or .pdf format. Please note that we do not distribute hard copies. The electronic version of each report is available for Members on SCAR website.
