Submitting Claims
Please note: We DO NOT retain your bank information provided in the claim form - so, the bank information needs to be fully provided for EACH of your claims to be processed. Please send all Travel Expense Claim Forms, with the relevant receipts, to Rosemary Nash at the SCAR Secretariat.
Mileage Information
Mileage rates are paid in line with the UK HM Revenue and Customs approved mileage rates. At present (from February 2009), the rate is 40p per mile or 25p per kilometre, which works out approximately as follows:

Subsistence Payments
Please note that the meeting leader should decide in advance whether subsistence is paid by submission of receipts or by per diem.
