Dear Sir

Application for Full Membership of SCAR - Peru

I enclose a copy of the application from the Peruvian National Commission
for Antarctic Affairs (CONAAN) for full membership of SCAR by Peru.
This application is being submitted 6 months in advance of XXVII SCAR at
which meeting the application will be considered as an item on the agenda
of the SCAR Delegates Meeting.

If National Committees wish to raise any queries concerning the application
prior to XXVII SCAR, they should write to the Peruvian National Commission
for Antarctic Affairs (CONAAN) at the address below; queries should not
be sent to the SCAR Secretariat.
