XXVIII SCAR and COMNAP XVI Meetings

The Twenty-eighth Meeting of the Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research will be held in Germany during July and October 2004. The Sixteenth Meeting of the Council of Managers of National Antarctic Programmes will be held in Germany during July 2004 in conjunction with the first part of the XXVIII SCAR Meeting.
