Prior to the advent of online meetings, the SCAR Secretariat would report each quarter to the Executive Committee on the major activities that they had been involved with. The reports were an important record, not only of Secretariat activities, but also provided information on the scheduling of various SCAR activities. Nowadays, this reporting happens through regular online meetings of the Executive Committee, which take place around every two months.
