Maozeng Jiang is a PhD student at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia, based in the UNSW Canberra campus. He received a Master’s Degree in Environmental Law from the Ocean University of China in 2014. His particular interests are to investigate the interface between science and decision-making, and the scientific cooperation between Australian and Chinese scientists. His PhD research topic is: Antarctic Science, Risks and Regulations: Legal and cultural frameworks for scientific risk governance in Antarctica. After graduation from UNSW in 2018, Maozeng Jiang became a postdoc in Ocean University of China in March 2019.
